The following is the schedule of events for our reunion.  For those who missed it, see you next year:

Thursday, 13th September, 2007

Registration, tour of the museum, free time    Static display of new equipment (SP155MM)

Friday, 14th September, 2007

Breakfast in a mess hall with the troops.  

Observe the 155mm simulator in action.   

Lunch at the officers club

Observe forced entry demonstration (city street fighting)

Dinner at the Officers Club with Big Band concert and dance by The Mike Ceranda 12 piece band

Saturday, 15th September, 2007

10:00 meeting at the museum for their presentation

Bus transportation will be furnished by Ft. Bliss to all activities on post. If we have to stay in a motel off post, the will furnish us bus transportation from the motel.  On free time, tickets can be obtained from the ITR office located in the MWR building.

A trolley runs from the Convention Center (downtown El Paso with plenty of parking) to Juarez, Mexico and makes many stops in Juarez.

The museum and art center, restaurants, Bars, leather factory, Mercado, liquor stores, Pharmacy, etc. You can get on and off as often as you want as the street cars run on a regular interval.( a photo ID such as a drivers license is required to cross the border. )   Cost at the ITR office is $9.00per person, at the trolley depot is $12.50. Runs form 10:00AM to 4:00Pm seven days a week.

There is also a tram that runs to an overlook of the town of El Paso and Juarez. Cost is $7.00 per person.

Note: for all you old artillerymen, the new 155 SP's with GPS locations of your weapons and the target, the first rounds fired are fire for effect.
